Key Responsibilities:
- Develop applications for supporting Material Management, Information Technology, and other lines of business within Bell Helicopter utilizing the EUIS in-house Cricket Application Framework (C#)
- Provide contributions to Cricket allowing developers to create reusable and maintainable code
- Develop custom Design-Time support for developer tools and components for Visual Studio
- Develop Visual Studio template wizards for utilizing Cricket's ORM tools

Washington Mutual Credit Card Services May 2007 to July 2008: Senior Risk Analyst . Collections Strategy and Risk Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the analysis and development of Collections Dialer Strategies
- Create, develop and maintain recurring, intraday real-time, and ad hoc reports for senior management
- Develop processes via C# to enable scrubbing and transformation of text and binary files not "data ready" into platforms such as Oracle and SAS
- Automate data capture, reporting, and notification of completion to the business.
- Proficient use of SAS, Oracle, SQL Server and MS Access to develop reports.
- Developed and maintain strong communication relationships with vendors providing skip tracing services to mitigate credit losses.

- Develop and maintain daily reporting functions for senior management
- Automate routine operations and reporting functions to help the business save time and reduce redundant functions
- Automated the opening and closing dialer operations procedures for CitiCapital's dialer group utilizing C# to access Sybase via ODBC and perform automation of key functions
- Automated collections performance tracking on the dialer
- Automated key executive reports including Roll Rates, Month-End Portfolio Reviews, Delinquency Comparison Reports, Call Center Performance Metrics Reports, and Call Center Capacity Planning
- Automated "screen scraping" captures from the receivable systems that did not produce reports in an RDBMS system by developing applications in C# that utilized SSH2 connectivity
